General terms of use

Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of the UnifAIze website and of the ToneID service, which drafts a brand bible from the public pages of a website. They apply to anyone who visits the site, requests a free bible or creates an account.
Creating an account means accepting these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, on the date shown at the top; a material change is notified to you by email 30 days before it applies, and you may then delete your account.
Ordering a paid tier is also governed by the terms of sale.
Access to the service
While the opening is being prepared, access is reserved for people invited from the waitlist; the waiting-list page, the legal information pages, the contact form and the sample bible remain open to everyone. Keeping a bible, ordering one or finding it later requires an account.
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access: maintenance, a provider outage or force majeure may interrupt it. A bible being drafted resumes when the service is back.
Account
Accounts are created with a verified email address. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any use you did not authorise.
An account belongs to an organisation. An organisation can have only one member: invitations and additional memberships are not available. Each bible is stored in the organisation that requested it and can be read only from its account.
You can delete your account at any time from “My account.” To also erase your bibles and their files, write to c.clapson@unifaize.app: erasure is completed within one month.
Diagnostic without an account and free bible
The free bible is provided at no charge, one per account in each organisation. Your email address is used only to give you access to your account and bibles. The free bible is a Free-tier bible, with the limits described under “Nature of the service.” The publisher may suspend or close free-bible requests, in particular to keep the service available; a bible already delivered remains available from your account.
When open, a free bible requested without an account remains available for 24 hours at an address known only to you; after that it is no longer accessible, then erased, unless you have linked it to an account. Requests are limited per connection and per website to keep the service available and prevent abuse.
Acceptable use
Only submit websites whose brand you represent, or for which you have the rights holder’s permission.
Misusing the service is prohibited, including bypassing limits, automating requests, trying to access other users’ bibles or submitting a website with unlawful content. We may suspend access that breaches these rules after informing you, except in an emergency.
Nature of the service
ToneID is an artificial intelligence system. It drafts from your brand’s public information alone, without asking you any questions, using language models within an editorial framework and a base of checkpoints. The bible is a working document: it informs your communication decisions, does not replace them, and guarantees no commercial result.
The number of pages read depends on the tier, as shown on the Pricing page. What those pages do not establish is printed “Not assessed,” with the reason and the action to obtain it, rather than guessed. A score computed on too small a share of the checkpoints is printed “provisional,” with its assessment rate and range. The bible’s limits are set out in the terms of sale, under “Generated nature, accuracy, and what the bible is not.”
Intellectual property
The website, ToneID, its method, templates and base of checkpoints remain the property of their publisher. Your website content remains yours: we read it only to draft the bible you requested.

Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as your account exists. You can delete it at any time from “My account.” The publisher may close it in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after informing you, or after 3 years without sign-in, after notifying you by email. Closing an account does not affect rights acquired in a paid bible.
Liability
You are responsible for how you use the bible and any text you derive from it. We are not liable for indirect loss or for a decision based solely on the bible, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
Changes and governing law
These terms change as set out under “Purpose.” They are governed by French law.
